About Us
This reenactment group was founded in 2000 and is led by Lieutenant Oneslager; 1st Sergeant Dewey and Sergeant Marozick.
The group functions well together and enjoys working with other units, both Union and Confederate, while maintaining our independance as a unit. Our goal is to convey the tremendous strife and turmoil of this period in American History and the participation by the First and Second United States Sharpshooters during the Civil War.
We also have get-togethers outside of reenactment events. Members enjoy spending time with each other and their families at such functions as family pool parties, unit live fires (which families can join in) and our annual Bar-B-Que.
We welcome anyone to come to our camp and talk to us. We are always looking for new recruits and welcome inquiries about our unit.
